BOOKED BY ARTS PROGRAM LEADERS
Are you a strategic arts program leader that wants to plan the next 5 years of your arts program? Book Roger Lee's Arts Program Planning! His 3-step planning process includes: Step 1: Focus Groups = Roger conducts focus groups (1-hour group video calls) with your arts program's team (group 1) and participants (group 2) to learn about their visions for the next 5 years of your arts program. Step 2: Plan Preparation = Roger has a meeting (a 1-hour private video call) with you to share his focus group findings, learn about your vision for the next 5 years of your arts program, and set your arts program's short-term goal (1-year deadline), mid-term goal (3-year deadline), and long-term goal (5-year deadline). Step 3: Plan Writing = Roger writes and e-mails you a copy of your 5-Year Arts Program Plan (a PDF) that includes your arts program's pre-set mission statement, recommended vision statement, pre-set short-term, mid-term, and long-term goals, and recommended action steps for goal achievement. |
