3-STEP PLANNING PROCESS
Step 1: Focus Groups
Roger Lee moderates 3 focus groups (90-minute group video calls) with your internal community of board, staff, and/or faculty members and/or program participants (group 1), your external community of donors, sponsors, and/or partners (group 2), and your Strategic Planning Committee (group 3) to hear their vision for the next 5 years of your arts organization. |
Step 2: Plan Prep
Roger Lee conducts a Plan Prep Session (a 90-minute group call) with your Strategic Planning Committee to share his focus group findings and set the 5 goals that your arts organization wants to achieve the most within the next five years (1 goal for each year of your strategic plan). The newly set 5 goals will be the foundation of your 5-year strategic plan. |
Step 3: Plan Writing and Presenting
Roger Lee writes your 5-year strategic plan that includes his recommended steps (with completion deadlines) for achieving each of your 5 goals by their deadlines, gives his 5-year strategic plan presentation (a 1-hour group video call) to your audience and answers their questions about it, and e-mails you a copy of your 5-year strategic plan (a PDF). |
