Roger Lee is the founder, owner, and Managing Director of Roger Lee Arts, LLC, his award-winning arts education and dance entertainment business. He is also a Program Manager, Entrepreneur-in-Residence, and Adjunct Professor at Drexel University's Close School of Entrepreneurship.
Roger previously served as an Adjunct Professor at Eastern University's Campolo College of Graduate and Professional Studies, Loeb School of Education, and Dance Department and Temple University's Dance Department, the Family and Community Programming Coordinator at the African American Museum in Philadelphia's Education Department, and the Interim Drumline Manager and Program Coordinator at Musicopia. He also has 19 years of experience as a freelance dance professional. Roger gained national recognition from his televised performances, media features, publications, awards, and TEDx Talk.
Roger earned his Master's Degree in Arts Administration from Drexel University and Bachelor's Degree in Dance and Media & Communication Studies, magna cum laude with honors, from Ursinus College.
