Roger Lee Dance Company (est. 2012) is an award-nominated professional contemporary jazz dance company that is based in Philadelphia, PA. The company was named a Semi-Finalist for RAW Artists' 2015 National Performing Art Award, featured on a local television segment of 6abc Loves The Arts, performed at the 2016 Democratic National Convention, the 2016 WaWa Welcome America Festival, and the 2015 and 2016 Philadanco Founder's Day Concerts, and presented 20 of their own concert series.

Roger Lee is the Founder and CEO of Roger Lee Arts, LLC (est. 2012) and the Founder and Artistic Director of Roger Lee Dance Company (est. 2012). He held several consulting, administrative, and/or teaching positions at arts and cultural organizations, universities, and K-12 schools. His career success is celebrated with a TEDx Talk, over 80 international, national, regional, and local media features, and over 10 honors and awards. Roger gives back by volunteering as a non-profit board member, an arts grantmaking advisor, and a dance and entrepreneurship competition judge. He has degrees in Arts Administration (M.S.), Dance (B.A.), and Media and Communication Studies (B.A.) and certificates in Leadership and Negotiations.
